This is a beautiful apartment with an amazing view of the sea within 10 minutes walk of the old town. Each of the three bedrooms is equally stunning with an en-suite. If you are the lucky person to get first dibs you would be hard pressed to choose which was the best one. Supermarket, great bar and burger restaurant, and a bakery on your doorstep. Don’t tell people about it otherwise it will be fully booked next time we want to stay in this corner of paradise.

We had a great stay at the Villa. The location is perfect, supermarket- shop and bakery right outside. 5 minute walk to old town, cable carts. Villa is exactly like the pictures and finished to a great standard. Ivan was very easy to deal with.

The villa exceeded our expectations. Very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Also lots of space in every room and multiple seating options inside and out. Ivan was a great host, greeted us and gave us comprehensive information we needed on arrival. Also always responsive to our questions prior to arrival and during our stay. The pool and outside area was a welcome retreat from the heat of the day and very private. Would recommend this accommodation as a fantastic place to stay whilst visiting Dubrovnik.

We rent 2-3 AirBnB places every year. This is by far our favorite thus far. The outdoor space is private, spacious, and gorgeous. We spent countless hours there relaxing. Having separate ensuites for each person was lovely also. The couch is in great shape and was perfect one evening that we had a movie night. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Ivan is the ultimate host with information and recommendations as he is from drubrovnik and has a large number of rentals in he area. I highly recommend using his car service. Having them there waiting with the sign and coordinating the meetup was very smooth.

The home is in a great location, close to everything we wanted to do, and a quiet place to return to and relax. Ivan was very helpful at the check in process and accommodating to checking in early and offering suggestions for restaurants and areas to explore. There were three couples staying at the property and the bedroom set up was perfect, home is clean, spacious, and the outdoor pool area and sitting area are beautiful and so nice to have after a full day of exploring. Highly recommend!

Ivan’s Villa exceeded all our expectations. The location was perfect—just a short distance from the Old Town, and within easy walking distance to a supermarket, bakery, and a great local restaurant, which made everything so convenient. The villa itself was spotless and beautifully maintained, with a serene garden, a fantastic pool, and modern, well-appointed bathrooms. The yard felt like a private oasis—peaceful, relaxing, and very zen. We truly wish we had booked a few more days. I Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Flores! The location was absolutely perfect. It was so easy to get to old town from the villa on foot and equally as easy to call a car to visit other parts of the city. The amenities were fantastic too! All the rooms and beds were super comfortable, and, at the end of each long, hot day, it was such a treat to be able to relax by the beautiful pool. We would 100% stay at the Villa Flores again. Ivan's place is spectacular. He arranged a private car pick up from the airport (which was excellent with 4 adults and a toddler!), met us at the house, gave us a full tour and orientation to the area. The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable and that AC was much appreciated. The pack and play was there as requested. The pool is beautiful. I would warn parents with toddlers that you do have to be out in the garden with them because of the pool but it does have a lovely step area for toddlers to play on. Overall we loved the house, it was a short walk to the Pile gate into the old town. Be prepared in all of Dubrovnik for the hills and steps. There's a small grocery on the street about the house which was also great. Also a lovely restaurant that is open late. Another key point is the house is quiet despite being close to a street. We loved our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Flores Garden – it was new and in immaculate condition. Ivan was a wonderful host and was extremely helpful before and during our stay. The villa was perfect for the three couples in our group, as each bedroom was well-appointed, and each bedroom had a private en suite bathroom. The location is nice and quiet, but still only a short walk to Old Town. This was one of the few rentals that is just as nice as the photos and descriptions.

Beautiful villa in a stunning location. It was literally 5 mins walk to Dubrovnik old town - perhaps 10 mins back as quite a steep hill. Right opposite a small but well stocked supermarket and small bakery both open early until late. Excellent facilities and really well equipped. The pool was amazing to cool down after a hot day on the tourist trail and so many towels provided to dry off and for sunbathing on the loungers. 2 different areas for outdoor dining, well shaded and lit at night. The only thing we might have criticized was the position of the TV until we realized it could swivel out to view when sat in the lounge area! Ivan was so responsive with any questions and very flexible coordinating with the airport transfer when our flight was delayed by 3 hours. Couldn’t fault it and would love to go back

A hidden gem in the heart of Dubrovnik. We were greeted at the airport with a direct transfer to this beautiful Villa. Just as described and what a beautiful place it was. In the heart of the city and easy access to the old town, also Lapad for a nice bay side fish restaurant Orsan by the yachts and don't forget Scuba and Jetski. Thats a must!!! When we wanted to relax just come back to the villa and chill by the pool. The Villa was immaculate! Clean with all the mod cons. AC in every room and finished off to a great standard....Just like home :) Also plenty of space for our family with teenagers. If we ever return to this beautiful city we will be staying here again. Dont forget Dubrovnik is more beautiful by night....... A HUGE THANK YOU to Ivan for all your help
