We spent a week in the villa for our family holiday, two families with an age range of 18 upwards. Everyone has a fantastic time, the villa was perfect. We hired a boat for the week so needed a villa close to the sea, we couldn't ask for one any closer than this villa. The villa is perfect for large groups of people as there are areas if you want some quiet time but also areas to have lots of fun as a group. The villa is a must but you will need either a car or a board due to it's location.

It completely exceeded our expectations! The host provided a five-star service at this beautiful villa on the Adriatic coast. From welcoming us with a bottle of rosé to the small things like afternoon espresso by the pool. Our rooms were clean, spacious, and air-conditioned. Bathrooms were cleaned each day and with fresh towels. All common spaces on the terrace and around the pool were cleaned each day, with fresh beach towels. The chef, did a tremendous job to serve us 2 meals per day while accommodating several different diets and allergies. Our whole group had nothing but positive feelings about our stay, and we all hope to return to this villa next year!

The house is nice and very quiet, perfect for families with small children. The owners were really kind and helpful. Pirovac is a lovely village. If you want to travel around, all nice places between Zadar and Split can be easily reached.

Best hosts that we had so far. A great experience, such pleasant people. Their house is very charming and spacious. We had everything that we needed. The house is very clean and has a beautiful garden. We can only recommend them, especially for families.

Cosy house in an authentic Croatian neighborhood that we immediately liked. We had everything we needed for a laid back and relaxing holiday. Our host took great care of us and made us feel to be more than just guests to them... The facilities like aircondition or water supply worked all very well, beds are comfortable, kitchen is fully equipped, towels and other stuff for convenience are generously provided... We found the garden and the dining places outside very inviting and spent all meals outside. Pirovac is still a small town not too touched by tourism. Sea there is calm with shallow beach and very suitable for toddlers and small kids. With our teenage children we went to Murter for more cliffs and deep water experience... We went home with the scent of rosemary and Croatian warm bigheartedness lingering in or our car...

Do you know when you go to a place and you feel like home? I went to Pirovac with my partner and 5 more friends and we stay at this beautiful house. Owner made us a very warm welcome and make our stay pretty special. The house is lovely, it has all the stuff we needed in the kitchen for cooking and the wi-fi was working quite nice. What we really enjoy was the garden! It is the 3rd time I go to Pirovac (there is a lovely festival in Tisno every year where we usually go) and next time we go to Pirovac, I know where I have to book. Thanks a lot for this lovely experience!!

This place is exceptional! The house is nice and clean, the garden is wonderful. What makes this place great is kindness of it`s hosts! We have never encountered such nice and pleasant people. There hospitality was overwhelming and we will always remember this place! We can highly recommend this place especially for families with kids!

Great host provided us with all sorts of information regarding what to see and do, as well as where to eat. The house is as described, with plenty of space. The location is not so great but we enjoyed waking up in lovely surrounding. The outdoor terrace is great, and we enjoy eating and spending time there, especially at evening.

Great communication with Darijo can help with day trips, boats massages etc. Owner was very hospitable, friendly, although they live below the property which I didn’t expect it was an absolute pleasure to have them there. They really care and helped with everything we needed. I highly recommend and will be going back. His bbq Fish is also a must!!! Thank you.

We spent a fantastic week at this villa. The setting is perfect, the villa is great (even better than the photos) and - above all - The owner and his family made us feel so welcome and were available whenever we needed to answer questions, help with anything we asked for and cook us delicious food when we wanted it. The location is perfect, it means next to the quiet beach. If you are looking for a nightlife or a busy place you can go 15 min by car or taxi service. Photos are realistic, with no disappointment compared to reality.
