Impressive in every way, the interior showcases an incredible wide stone staircase connecting the four floors, exposed wood beams, arched doorways, high ceilings, contemporary artwork, glass chandeliers, antique furnishings and modern facilities. Large windows allow abundant light into the luxuriously spacious bedrooms overlooking the Stradun. 300 m² interior is distributed between three bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, living room, fully equipped contemporary kitchen, as well as an office. Step outside the front door and you will find yourself in the midst of historic Dubrovnik with all the conveniences your hearts desires.

Protected by UNESCO pedestrian only charming Old Town is enveloped in 10th century city walls, 2 kilometers in length, in some parts 6 meters tall. It is a must stroll! Stradun, or Dubrovnik’s placa, is a picturesque street lined with cafés and restaurants, a perfect view point to admire the architecture and watch the world go by while enjoying fresh catch of the day and sipping on a glass of Malvazija. For transparency: please account for 2000 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Rates include concierge service, pre-stocking, as well as twice per week grocery delivery, and housekeeping every other day.
