Location was perfect. Cute/Clean room with kitchenette. Easy to get up to only if you are abled-bodied (stairs). Linda, the apartment owner was there for us when we needed help getting picked up from the airport and was so gracious and attentive. I wish i could have met her in person so to thank her for the stay snd all the help on our first days in Croatia.

Es war mein erster Aufenthalt in Split und ich habe eine Woche in Lindas Studio verbracht. Die Lage ist hervorragend: Direkt am Grünen Markt, nahe der Uferpromenade, wenige Minuten zu Supermärkten, Busstation und dem Diokletian-Palast, umgeben von vielen ausgezeichneten Restaurants. Auch die Stadtstrände sind fußläufig erreichbar – der nächste in ca. 15 Minuten, die äußeren in etwa 45 Minuten. Vom Riva führt mi-so ein kostenfreier Shuttle zur Mall of Split. Das Studio ist kompakt, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet: Kochnische, großes Bett, private Terrasse sowie Shampoo, Bodylotion und sogar Handwaschmittel. Eine Wäscherei und einen Bioladen gibt es im Innenhof. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und sehr freundlich, man fühlt sich sicher und schläft nachts ungestört. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Lindas Kommunikation: Sie ist jederzeit erreichbar, reagiert sofort und findet immer eine Lösung. Vielen Dank Linda!

Hyggeligt sted placeret tæt på den gamle bydel. God seng og aircondition. Der var stille, når man sad på altanen. Værten Linda svarer hurtigt og holdt os opdateret på helligdage, så vi kunne handle ind inden alt lukkede.

Staying at Linda’s was truly a pleasure. The apartment is in a perfect location, close to anything you may need - grocery stores, a pharmacy, kebab shops and the market right across the road. Yet, the neighbourhood remains peaceful, away from the hassle of central Split. The apartment was very clean, and exactly as described on the listing, very comfortable for a four night stay. Wifi was good, and the a/c worked great. Most of all we enjoyed our time on the balcony with a lovely view of other houses with green, picturesque window shutters. Linda was very responsive and very accommodating, which we were very grateful for. Overall, a perfect place to stay! Highly recommend!

The studio is cozy and well-appointed. I appreciated the Nespresso coffee pods, as well as the toiletries. The location is very near the hub of Split. Easy access to many restaurants, bakeries and tours.

Great apartment, decorated with care. Great location and good host, Linda, who provided clear instructions for the check-in. Clean, cozy terrace, a fridge and basic kitchen. Good shower and airco, really silent as well. Supermarket, bakery, market and the old town just around the corner, beach in walking distance. Just perfect. Thank you Linda, we absolutely enjoyed our stay!

My friend and I appreciated how close we were to the old town with restaurants and shops nearby but still quiet and away from the crowds and clubs so minimal noise. Great location, great setup inside and very clean! Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Loved this Airbnb! It was beautiful, nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. The location was incredible and allowed us to walk everywhere. Bonus for having a tiny patio outside. Linda was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!!

We had an amazing stay at Linda's place! The apartment is walking distance to Split markets, shops and the main Riva strip. The area where the apartment is located was nice and quiet. Inside was lovely and clean and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for ourselves if we didn't fancy going out. Thanks to Linda for letting us stay in her lovely apartment, we had the best time!

Linda was a fantastic host - she was friendly, responsive and flexible throughout the trip. She found us a couple of trips at very short notice, gave recommendations, and answered our messages immediately. The flat itself was easy to find (Linda gave us precise instructions, together with photos), and is conveniently located 5 minutes walk from Split old town and 10 from the bus station. There's a small terrace outside which was lovely to sit on in the mornings and evenings. Inside everything worked as it should - the space was great, clean, the air con kept it cool and there was a great coffee machine! My partner and I had a fantastic time, and would recommend the flat to anyone.

Toppenvärd! Boende rent och fräscht. Fanns allt vi behövde. t.o.m strandhanddukar. Skön säng. Charmigt och jättebra läge, för att ligga så centralt. Linda var toppen på alla sätt! Svarade snabbt på frågor och var väldigt hjälpsam. Fixade även snabbt transfer, trots att vi var sena att beställa den. Och suverän chaufför dessutom! Återkommer gärna!

Lovely airbnb right next to the old town. The spot is quiet and perfect to access the Riva or Diocletians Palace. Linda is lovely and was on hand to help at any time. The bed is large and comfortable. The bathroom is a good size with a great shower and water pressure. The kitchen unit is very small and not suited for longer stays. Overall, i would definitely reccomend this airbnb if you want a short stay in Split.

We stayed at Linda's place to experience the city and it was perfect for our needs. The location is perfect, as it is in comfortable walking distance to the harbour, restaurants, several beaches and also the old town. At the same time it is very quiet and allows for a restful vacation. Linda has been very helpful and provides great activity options in the region. Choosing this apartment definitely made the stay in Split very enjoyable.

Driver picked us up at the airport and took us directly to apartment where Linda was waiting to greet us. We were given a map of the town with lists of great recommendations for food and entertainment. Linda arranged multiple day trips along with creating a private tour for my husband and I. Linda’s place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to a supermarket which was handy, and few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. It wasn’t easy to identify which restaurant is good in Split. Thanks for Linda’s recommendations. We could enjoy the local food. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment.
