This was my second stay at Stipe's place and it was just as it was 2 years ago. I would definitely recommend the place it is well maintained, roomy, nice location right on the beach, restaurants within walking distance and a 10 min drive to Split.

We stayed in the middle floor-2 bedroom with a large open space with kitchen, dining and living room all in one, it was wonderful. Balcony overlooking the beach was amazing. The host Stipe treated us wonderfully with Dalmatian signature hospitality, grouch us extra towels, occasionally checked to ask if we needed anything at all to make us comfortable, made various recommendations for food, activities, etc. condo had everything you would need, we encourage you to go to the local grocery store and stock up the fridge with local foods!

Exceptional apartment in a fabulous location and in our opinion the best beach in Podstrana. Easy walk to supermarket, bars and restaurants and centrally located to visit Split, Trogir and Omis. Stipe has thought of everything as the apartment has all you will need. The apartment is super clean and modern with an amazing sunset balcony.

Great accommodation. We stayed on the middle floor of a three-storey apartment building. The accommodation was absolutely great, modern, well-equipped with a wonderful view from the living room and balcony. The apartment had 2 separate bedrooms with large double beds (very comfortable for us) and both air-conditioned, one bathroom with toilet and shower and the other with toilet and washing machine, iron,..The kitchen was very well equipped. Right in front of the house is a pebble beach, where there are sun loungers available, and in the house there is also a parasol for you. Behind the house is a road at the level of the third floor, where there is also private parking for this house and the road does not disturb in any way. Within a few minutes by car you are in a supermarket, walking along the beach there are several restaurants nearby (good to book in advance). We recommend visiting nearby Split and also NP Krka and much more. We had a rented car and the journey from the airport to the accommodation took us 39 minutes. To the airport during rush hour less than 50 minutes. And last but not least, a big thank you to (probably) the owner Stipe, who was very helpful, gave us a lot of useful information and responded quickly to any questions. Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday and we recommend it!!!

Great apartment, very clean, great view with direct access to the beach, nice few restaurants nearby and 15 minutes drive to Split. Highly recommended for people want to stay in a more quiet area and then explore the towns around.

The appartement was fantastic and located right on the pebble beach. Large balcony with a beautiful view. Clean and modern interior with A/C in all rooms. Extra plus for the ice maker! Sun beds and parasols are included (which would cost 60E per day for a familly of four to rent on the adjacent beach). A few restaurants within walking distance and Cibus was really good. A good supermarket 200m away. Uber to Split old town was 20E and took from 17 min depending on traffic. Stipe was a perfect host. Flexible with check-in, gave us local recommendations and arranged transportation from and to the airport. We will definitely look for this apartement on our next visit to Croatia!

My daughter and I enjoyed a perfect birthday mini break in Stipe’s first floor apartment overlooking the sea. The apartment looks even better than in the photos! It is perfect. The balcony is bigger than we expected and the perfect place to watch the sea, the fishermen and the sunset. Stipe is an extremely accommodating, helpful, thoughtful and kind host who thinks of everything including offering to drive us to the nearest supermarket to help us buy groceries. The apartment is modern, clean and equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. And as for the beach, there are sun beds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower for guests. Stipe also recommended the perfect restaurant to visit, 2 minute walk, for food and drink and it did not disappoint. We loved our stay at Four Brothers. It is perfect and we look forward to returning. Thank you Stipe. 🙏

Der Empfang von Stipe war so entspannt und unkompliziert. Bei Fragen wurde sofort beantwortet. Diese Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen ,großzügige Wohnung, gute Ausstattung, sehr schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen mit wunderbaren Seeblick.... Direkt am Strand ,Liegen und Sonnenschirmen vorhanden ..Parkplatz... Einkauf Möglichkeiten 200m entfernt..

Fantastic stay in Podstrana. The location is perfect- right on the beach and next to some lovely restaurants. Stipe gave us lots of helpful advice on things to do/ see while we were staying. The apartment is nice, modern and comfortable with everything that you need. We are already looking to book again.

This is probably the best Airbnb I have stayed in so far. A really stunning and brand new apartment set right on the beach, I dont think you could get any closer to the sea. Very clear communication with Stipe and honestly a pleasure to deal with. I will book again if its available.

Perfect location at the seaside was very important, since you can leave appartments and in a less than a minute enjoy your stay at the beach. Very clean, new, cozy spacious appartments (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms). Everything is provided up to details. Kitchen is fully equipped. Big balcony/terrace with sea view, sunbeds and umbrella were included in appartments' package. Thanks a lot to the host - detailed info about everything, including leisure activities, nearest beaches and restaurants/cafes to visit in Split and surroundings.
