Wir wurden außergewöhnlich herzlich empfangen und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Auch der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Bei Selbstversorgern ist vielleicht zu empfehlen, einen oder zwei größere Töpfe mitzubringen, da die vorhandenen Töpfe für sechs Personen eventuell etwas zu klein sein könnten.

Moderne, saubere Villa mit sehr schönem Pool am Dorfrand. Herrlich ruhig. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto nach Labin. Labin bietet mehrere Supermärkte und eine schöne Altstadt auf einerAnhöhe (Achtung: sehr glatte Pflastersteine). In Labin und Umgebung gibt es tolle Restaurants.

De superbes vacances dans cette magnifique Villa. Super bien pensée, avec une terrasse toujours au frais. La piscine est impeccable, tout est hyper propre et de bonne qualité. Vraiment rien à redire. Merci à Shirley pour son super accueil. Nous avons tout simplement adoré !

Wir waren für 1 Woche im Haus. Es war alles wie auf den Bildern. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Kommunikation mit Nikola war bestens. Das Haus ist mit so viel Liebe hergerichtet, man fühlt sich wie zuhause und noch besser mit dem wundervollen Pool vor der Tür. 5 von 5 Punkten. Absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder. Danke für die schöne Zeit

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen, wunderbaren Urlaub! Ich habe vor allem den tollen Ausblick in die Baumkronen und die Ruhe geliebt! In 12 Autominuten sind empfehlenswerte Strände und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreichbar. Unsere Teenagerkids haben Ausflüge nach Rabac sehr geliebt und wir haben das mittelalterliche Labin besichtigt! Ein rundum toller Urlaub!

As a family with two kids (9 and 11) we found what we were looking for. There is more than sufficient space around the house which is safe and secure for the kids to run and play. The very nice size pool was sparkling clean and well maintained and very important very well located. One could easily see the kids from the balconies and from the sitting space. The house is located in a rural setting which ensure a peaceful environment and one doesn't have to silence the kids that much when they are palying. We were greeted by the host (Shirley) and given a tour through the spic and spanc clean house. Shirley was available when we needed something, i.e. information and tips. When one of the garden lights went out (which can happen, no big deal) the light bulb was replaced in a flash. In short: we will definitely try and book this property again when planing to make holidays in this area. Thank you, Shirley and Neven, for being such great hosts and make our stay a memorable one.

Ein Paradies in Kroatien! Shirley und Neven sind tolle Gastgeber. Auf uns wartete zur Begrüßung eine Flasche ihres eigenen Weins und ein Bier im Kühlschrank. Sie zeigten uns in Ruhe das Haus und waren jederzeit erreichbar. Sie wohnen direkt gegenüber und hatten tolle Tipps für fantastisches Essen und die besten Strände. Das Ferienhaus selbst ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Einrichtung war geschmackvoll und komfortabel, und die Ausstattung war modern und funktional. Wir kamen mit 2 Kleinkindern und haben ohne Probleme 2 Babybetten, 2 Hochstühle und eine Wickelkommode zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen. Der Pool war super sauber und angenehm erfrischend. Die Lage des Ferienhauses war ebenfalls perfekt. Abgeschieden genug, um Ruhe und Entspannung zu haben, aber auch nah genug an lokalen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Supermärkten, Restaurants und dem Meer. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Shirley is a wonderful hostess. She welcomed us with a smile and showed us the house upon arrival. She always replied when we had questions and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and activities nearby. The house has an amazing location, it is quiet and privat and has impeccable furnishing. All bedrooms and the livingroom have an AC. You have everything you need! The Pool area is a dream, the pool was big enough for 6 people to swim in and there are lots of sun beds and umbrellas. The only small flaw is the internet, it is completely sufficient if you are only there for vacation and want to surf the internet here and there. For working from the home office, the Internet is unfortunately not strong enough. We loved the house and will definitely visit again. Thank you.

Super accomodatie in Kroatie. Fantastisch eigen prive zwembad, voldoende afstand van de buren. Van niemand last. 3 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers. Netjes schoon, moderne inrichting. Prima keuken die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Zelfde afwasmachine als thuis. Dicht bij de kust met mooie stranden. Ondanks de warmte iedere dag mooie afstand hardgelopen. En daarna lekker het zwembad in. Overal airco. Zou het zo weer boeken.

We had a great vacation in Sveti Bartul. The house is simply perfect. More than enough space for a family, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all equipped with shower. Very clean. Very modern design, put together with taste and lots of warmth, especially with wooden floors and a Swedish oven. High quality equipment. The house had technical investments towards environmental protection. Also a nice pool, which we could not use due to the season (too early unfortunately). Big and modern gas grill, large piece of land, covered partially with grass (very suitable for games like Badminton) and lots of parking space. Last but not least, Neil was a super host. Always ready to help and very kind. In case something did not work or we needed something else, he was there to help. The house is located in a somewhat remote area and one needs definitely a car to go around. We recommend this house for others to have vacation.
