Cet établissement était super, nous avons passé un superbe séjour. L'établissement était propre et bien situé ( mer à proximité et bus juste en bas ) Mattéo, l'hôte nous a très bien accueilli, et nous a faut part de nombreuses activités à découvrir sur place. Il a également été très réactif si nous avions un problème ou une requête. Très satisfaite de ce séjour, je recommande grandement ce logement.

Great location, modern, very clean. The door worked by code which was very convenient since there was three of us. Wifi was fast. Host Mateo was very helpful and quick to answer. Would stay there again 😍 Beach, shops and restaurants were close by.

Huone oli siisti ja henkilökunta oli ystävällisiä ja auttavaisia. Järjestivät huoneen kuntoon heti vaikka tulimme majapaikkaan 4 tuntia aikaisemmin kun oli tarkoitus. Alue oli rauhallinen, huoneisto pienen mäen päällä johon sai muutamat rappuset kiivetä. Kaunis kaupunki näkymä.

The house is very comfortable and clean. The location is very nice, there are market, bakery, cafes just nearby. And also there is a fantastic beach in walking distance. Mateo was amazing, he helped too much, he gave us all the information and recommadations even we didn't think of. He was very kind and helpfull. We were 4 adults and 2 small children in two apartments. There were toys and play ground things in the courtyard, we didn't even dream of it. It was very enjoying for the kids also. We highly recommend and definitely come back again.

Absolutely amazing place, location, view, and just about everything about this place. We stayed only for one night as we had to stop by in Dubrovnik for half a day and one night, and instead of going to see some sights or going out for a coffee or something like that, we ended up spending the entire time in the app. The app is newly built, the comfort level is on par with 5* hotels, parking is just in front, and the beach is probably 100-200 meters away (we did not go swimming as it would have been too cold). Location is excellent as it enables quick trip to the Old Town while being in a tranquille surrounding (view of the sea and nereby pine forest). Map showed lots of restaurants, coffee shops, bars and stores nereby, as well as several beaches in walking distance.

Very modern and brand new apartment, free and secure parking lot, excellent location right above the main Dubrovnik beach and Lapad promenade that offers lots of restaurants and bars, excellent wi-fi for online work. Bus station is 4 minutes walking distance and takes you directly to the Old town (2 eur/person, 10 minutes ride). Polite and responsive host. I would definitely stay again at this place.

Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Mateo, who went above and beyond to ensure comfort throughout our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and well-appointed, equipped with all the amenities needed during our stay. Location is great, just above the main Sunset beach, promenade with restaurants and caffe bars. Also, it is 3 minutes away from the bus station that takes you directly to the Old Town. Overall, our stay at Sunset Premium Residence exceeded our expecations and we would deifinitely come back.
