There can't be many apartments with a balcony with a sea view in a quiet location less than 2km to a gate of the Old Town. It also have a well stocked super market and bakery close by and some great restaurants, including a Taj Mahal (not Indian) within a few minutes walk. Check out the Bellevue cove that is a few minutes walk away. The apartment its self is clean and had all we needed for a week away. Highly recommended.

Svært godt fornøyd, hyggelig vertinne, rent og funksjonelt, god seng, rolig strøk og kun 3 minutters rusletur ned til vannet. God kommunikasjon til gamlebyen og ellers rundt i Dubrovnik. Nydelige morgener og kvelder på terrassen med utsyn mot havet. Et perfekt opphold.

The apartment was very clean and modern, in the perfect location. About a 20 minute walk to Old town and very near several rocky coves for swimming. We especially loved how peaceful and private the place was. We did struggle at first to locate the apartment but were met by Katarina on arrival who was welcoming and gave us several recommendations on what to do. Would recommend.

Nice location, walking distance to the city. Quite with a nice view from the balcony overseeing the sea. A great bath 150 meters from the apartment, from the cliffs with the convenient ladder. Refreshing! Apartment is great and well suited for two people. Friendly and service minded owner that gave us tips for our stay. We will come again!

One of the nicest properties at which I have stayed. Super clean and well appointed. Right on the coast, with a terrace, for walks and sunsets. A 25 minute walk to the walled old town but nice to be in a peaceful seaside spot with lovely restaurants nearby. Super welcome on arrival. Expect a little walk down the lane to the apartment, and some stairs ... this is Dubrovnik.

The perfect place for a stay in Dubrovnik. About a 20/25mins walk away from the old town in a nice quiet location. The apartment was even better than the pictures showed and the balcony with sea view is beautiful. Would highly recommend this place.

This place was great! The location is a little bit of a walk outside of Old Town (about 20 ish minutes) but it was perfect! We were able to have a quiet place with a beautiful view and a local beach nearby but also walk into Old Town when we wanted to. The kitchen also had all the amenities to cook meals for ourselves so that combined with the local shop 3 minutes up the road were great for saving money on food. Slavica was always super quick to respond and was very kind and accommodating with any questions we had. I would absolutely recommend this place for a great Dubrovnik holiday :)

My first holiday using airbnb and we were so happy with the accommodation. The hosts made it very easy for us and were flexible with our flight times. It was more spacious than it looked on the pictures, extremely clean and well presented. The location is peaceful, we felt at home right away and slept very well. It was a treat to have a sea view and there was a little pebble beach just a short walk away or if you are a bit braver a ladder off the rocks directly into the sea even closer. We were also grateful for the recommendation on transfer, the driver was familiar with the location (which is tucked away) and we were relieved to get off a delayed flight and have somebody so friendly meet us at arrivals. We spent a lot of our time at the Old Town which is walkable from the accommodation and tried two bus routes, the first stop opposite took a bit longer but walking up the road for ten minutes to the next bus stop was more direct. We would recommend to family and friends!

Very beautiful flat, near the wonderful beach and not far away from city center! All furniture is new, renovation was made not long ago so all is perfect in this house - even better then on photo. Balcony with sea view is super nice 👍

Sehr nette und familiäre Gastgeberin, die immer hilfreiche Tipps für die Umgebung parat hat. Die Unterkunft liegt nah genug an der Altstadt um diese zu Fuß zu erreichen. In der direkten Umgebung bietet ein Strand eine tolle Möglichkeit zu Abkühlung. Einkäufe sollten geplant werden, da große Supermärkte weiter entfernt liegen

Schon beim chatten war die Gastgeberin stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Eine Transportmöglichkeit vom Flughafen in die Unterkunft wurde angeboten. Bei Nachfragen habe ich sehr schnell eine Antwort bekommen Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und ein flexibler Check in war möglich, da wir etwas zu früh angekommen sind. Uns wurden Aktivitäten empfohlen und die Stadt mittels einer Karte erklärt. Das Apartment sieht sehr ordentlich und gepflegt aus. Man merkt das da sehr viel Liebe rein gesteckt wird um den Gästen einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Die Aussicht und Lage sind top. Vom Balkon aus kann man direkt das Meer sehen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

beautiful apartment in a quiet area with stunning sea views. in theory it is well within walking distance to the old town but as dubrovnik was so hot when we visited we had to rely on public transport or taxi, which were fairly reliable... €2.50 on the bus or around €7 uber. katarina greeted us and was extremely friendly and helped us understand the location and gave us lots of recommendations. Also, she was close by in case we ever needed anything, as was her lovely daughter. the apartment itself had everything we needed, the air conditioning and washing machine were lifesavers in the croatian heat. The balcony was the highlight, a beautiful spot for watching the sunset or having breakfast. overall we loved our stay in this apartment, the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The apartment was exactly as described. Katarina and her husband were excellent hosts and very helpful. Area is calm and two nice beaches nearby (Rixos, Bellevue). I would definitely recommend this place!
