Alles!! Het is een prachtig, luxueus en schoon appartement. Tot in de puntjes verzorgd, zoals heerlijke Rituals producten in de badkamer, koffie, thee, wijn en bier staan klaar in de keuken, er zijn badlakens voor het strand en zelfs badjassen en slofjes liggen voor je klaar. Het appartement zit boven een supermarktje, vlakbij de bushalte richting de oude stad (Uber ook mogelijk en is niet duur) en paar minuten lopen naar het strand. Ook het contact met de host was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was very nice, tidy, and perfectly located with a great private parking spot. The beach and restaurants are just nearby, which made everything super convenient. A special thanks to our host, Maro, who gave us an extremely helpful and friendly overview of both the apartment and local activities. We definitely recommend this place and would love to return!

Es un apartamento nuevo , muy bonito decorado, tiene una terraza amplia , bien ubicado , cercano a playas , paseo y restaurantes. Tiene parking . Los detalles de bienvenida se agradecen mucho así como disponer de gel,crema hidratante , champú, toallas de baño...Las camas son muy cómodas y estaba muy limpio. We were driving to Dubrovnik and with the change in car laws in and around the old town, we needed to move out a little. The property was fantasticly close to the beach and restaurants. Easy distance to the old town. Th ehost even arranged a last minute boat tour for us and allowed us to leave the car in the garage while we spent the morning on the tour. There were some nice extras in the unit too which is always welcoming.

We loved everything: the location with close proximity (2 mins) to restaurants and bars. The apartment was super comfortable, equipped with everything, we even cooked a dinner. The terrace is wonderful. Maro was an amazing host, catered for all our needs, organized boat trip. And there is private garage parking. Absolutely recommended.

The apartments are new, clean, with a large terrace. Change of towels and cleaning were included in the price. The location is excellent, shops and restaurants nearby, a pedestrian street to the sea. Maro is a very responsive and pleasant host.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic. Away from the incredible hustle and bustle of the old city, but just an eight minute Uber or taxi ride away. There is free parking underneath this building. And Maro was fantastic in explaining some of the best activities to do in the area. A short walk to the water where you could choose the beach or sunbath and swim along the cliff side. There’s also a little supermarket below the building, which was fantastic for a few basic provisions.

The apartment was great, so spacious and modern. The balcony was fantastic, and having air con in every room was a blessing! Maro and the cleaning staff (didn’t get the ladies names) were super friendly and so accommodating! The location is perfect, very close to the Lapad promenade and sunset beach and only a 10 minute (€8) journey to Old Town. Cannot recommend this accommodation enough, would definitely stay again

It was a very nice stay near Dubrovnik! The host was amazing, he told us everything about best beaches and places to see. The apartment is well equiped and new. The big terrace was just perfect! There is free underground parking, AC in every room. Everything was perfectly clean. There are very nice beaches close to the aparment. It’s totally worth the money.

Had a fantastic stay at this place, the host was fantastic. Gave us a great welcome provided cheap pick up from the airport, and then gave us a tour of the place as well as recommend places to visit and eat. Helped us book the island tour, which we got a private boat for the 4 of us at a reasonable price for 8 hours with drinks included. All and all I would definitely recommend booking this place

This place is amazing, brand new, perfectly clean and comfortable and very stylish as pictured. The host met us and gave us recommendations and guidance and took great care of us. The apartment is so well appointed we felt like we were in a posh hotel with even more space. Possibly the best air Bnb I’ve been to. Book it :)

Das Appartement ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und großzügig. Alles top modern und sehr zentral. Im EG des Gebäudes hat man einen Supermarkt. In direkter Nähe befinden sich Cafés, Restaurants und der Strand. Zur Altstadt kommt man mit dem Bus (Haltestelle ein paar Minuten zu Fuß) oder sehr preisgünstig mit dem Uber Taxi. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt.

Very clean, the location is very good, not in the city centre but we think it is a better location and it is very easy to get to the centre. Loved the balcony! The manager Maro and the landlord were super friendly and helpful.
