Ich fand die Unterkunft super, genau wie auf den Bildern. Der Ausblick war fantastisch. Jedoch war die enorme Steigung anstrengend wenn man mal einkaufen gehen wollte oder irgendwohin gehen wollte musste man immer sehr viel laufen und das bei der Steigung war natürlich anstrengend. Also sollte man gutes Schuhwerk mitnehmen und viel Ausdauer mitbringen wenn man diese schöne Aussicht genießen möchte. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und man hat alles was man braucht in der Unterkunft. Super wenn man etwas Zeit in Ruhe haben will. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen uns wurden sehr viele Möglichkeiten und Aktivitäten vorgestellt wie wir unsere Zeit in Dubrovnik gestalten können das war sehr aufmerksam. Man kann also ruhigen Gewissens diese Unterkunft buchen und seinen Urlaub genießen.

L’hôte était très communicatif et réceptif. L’appartement était fonctionnel, propre et grand pour 3. Une superbe vue depuis la terrasse. La localisation est superbe pour profiter des ferrys qui vont aux îles Kolocep/Lokrum/Sudurad depuis le port de Gruz. Il y a également le terminus de la ligne 3 qui emmène en un quart d’heure à la vieille ville (environ 1 bus par heure). Le propriétaire a été très sympa pour le check out et nous a arrangé. On se sent très en sécurité dans ce quartier.

The view from the terrace is lovely. The apartment was very clean, nice and beds were comfortable, also the sofa, where I slept. Host Maro was very helpful and he arranged also airport transfers.

Massive Thanks to Alen the Owner, and Maro who was organising everything, Incredible Guys. Both made My Family and Our Friends stay at Dubrovnik Unforgettable and very pleasant. The Apartment was simply perfect, very clean, well equipped, very easy to maintain, nicely decorated and very practical. The View Spectacular, The Location amazing. We have traveled a lot throughout the years, but this place was something else. Strongly Recommend it.

The location was excellent. Pictures don’t do justice. You get an amazing view of the whole city. The apartment had everything we needed. It felt like home and Maro was an amazing and welcoming host. He helped arrange local activities that were great deals. The experience was 11/10 and we were very sad to leave.

Great views from the apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Good amount of linen and towels etc. Good communication and recommendations from the host. However guests should note it is a steep climb to the apartment with no handrails. Not suitable for those with mobility issues. Unfortunately I did not know this in advance and my grandma struggled.

A great host who really spent the time to take us through everything we need. The location is great with a great view, you’ll get lots of steps in if you’re staying here but all in a nice walk and easy access. The shops are a little far away so if you’re arriving late on in the evening make sure you bring some home comforts.

The apartment is great situated, close to everything, and offers peace and quiet to relax when you need it after walking around the Old city.... Spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, well equipted kitchen, everything you need to enjoy your time there!!! A the view on the sea is the best!

We had a great time staying here. The location is perfect. The view is unmatched. You can walk to many restaurants and shops and is easily accessible to the old town. Be prepared to walk lots of steps, but it is well worth it! The hosts were great and responsive and gave us plenty of recommendations. The place itself is beautiful and just like the photos. Would absolutely stay here again.

Denis was our host and he was incredibly informative and attentive, always on hand to give recommendations and make reservations for us. Beautiful view from the balcony which was more spacious than expected and it was actually quite nice to have Netflix for when we wanted some down time.

This place was amazing. It was as beautiful as the pictures and we were very comfortable and felt right at home. We loved the modern decor. The air conditioning was great and the washing machine was a bonus! The balcony was my favourite part of the place. The location was perfect. We were outside the city enough that it was quite peaceful, but still very close. We hired a car but only used it to go on our day trips to Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina, or down to the Gruz and Lapad areas. Otherwise, we used Uber to get to the Old City. The steps weren't as bad as I had expected from other reviews -- only 44 steps, which is nothing compared to all the walking you'll do in Dubrovnik! Maro was super nice and helpful. He let us check in early and met us at the apartment. He had lots of recommendations and organised some of our activities. I highly, highly recommend this accommodation.

Location is good - although it's outside of the main town up in the hill, it is easy to get an uber to wherever you want and only costs around 6 Euros to the main town. Parking is available just up from the main road, and then it's only a few dozen steps up to the apartment itself. Everything in the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Instructions for check-in and check-out was also relatively clear. There is air-con in the apartment, which is great after a long hot day exploring the city. The only thing which lets this apartment down would be the bed - we found it relatively uncomfortable and hence had a bit of trouble sleeping at night. But overall it was a good stay and we would recommend this apartment.

Great apartment with a great view. It is quite high up, but the public transport stop is really near, or you can get an Uber. The little grocery store is near the apartment, so that's a plus. The host was really helpful and friendly. Hope to come back soon.

An amazing stay at nia elegance from start to finish. Check in with Maro was amazing he gave us loads of information on what to see, showed us around was really contactable if we needed anything. The apartment has everything view, towels , washing machine comfy bed, everything you need its there ! we stayed for a week and was ideal for that length of time or shorter or longer. highly recommend. thank you

The apartment was great! Very clean and comfortable. Checking in was smooth and easy. And the view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset! Maro was very helpful. He gave us many tips on where to visit and eat. The location is quite far from the old town. But the bus station is extremely close to the apartment. Less than 5 min walk. However, we find the number 3 bus (the only bus that can get us from the airbnb to the old town) not as frequent as we would like. It hardly follow the schedule. We ended up taking uber to the old town often that would take 7-10 min to the old town to save some time. The price for uber ride to old town is reasonable. But being quite far from the main attractions has its pros. The area is peaceful and quiet. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Nia apartments! I would highly recommend If you don’t mind staying a bit far off from the main attractions for some peace and quiet 👍🏽
